3.4.3 Uncoercibility

The same type of comparison holds here as with privacy and robustness. In Protocol 7, a voter's vote is uncoercible against up to pDT corrupt authorities; once again, this many corrupt authorities allows coercion of any voter. In our protocol, a voter's vote is uncoercible up to pT corrupt authorities in its district, but the effect of this coercion is limited to the district.
