One roommate is needed in a one bedroom split apartment from Sep1 2007- Aug31 2008, student is prefered but not restricted.
the place is within 20 minutes walk to BU main campus, 5 minutes walk to T packard corner station, 88 market, Shaw's supermaket, 2 minutes walk to 57,66 bus stop, which is a convinient living place, especially for BU students.the room available is a spacious private room, and a large kitchen and bathroom are shared.
rent is 525 per month including heat and water, and other untility fee is usually 20-30 per month each.
my current roommate is moving out of town, so you may get a whole set of his furniture(bed, mattress, writing desk, two large clothing cabinets) in negotiable price.

BROOKLINE, B&B has furnished rooms 1.5 miles from LMA.

We rent to many LMA, HSPH and Simmons students in the past – so if you
want a clean, quiet safe place to live and study we might be what you want?
All our rents include, Furniture, Heat, Electric and Hot water. We also broadcast
a strong WiFi signal if your PC has a card. Each unit is individually keyed and has
a refrigerator and microwave for the only cooking. One room has a private bath
and rents for $800 a month all others rent for $700 and require sharing shower with
2 others. We are more a STUDY house – parties are not on our menu nor is the
ability to have overnight company. Including, Mom or Dad, brother or sister.
Simmons enrollment is sufficient reference, but conduct full investigations
of any other guests. (we extend the same courtesy to Harvard, HSPH and BU.)
I have one opening NOW until August 31st @$700 for a woman. At that time
it could be extended for a year. Others will become available from time to time.
Everyone cleans own room, we collect trash daily so we have NO nonpaying guests!

This is a apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one big living room and one dinning room and kitchen, also a balcony with beautiful view. The apartment locates at 1137 Commonwealth Ave, Allston, 02134.
You can use google earth or other map tools to check the address, which is pefect location for BU students:
- about 1 minute walking to T Station (B-line subway) and 57 bus stop, both of which will take you to BU;
- Within 20 minutes walk to BU(main campus), or 10 minutes walking to BU free Shuttle Bus (to medical campus);
- 2 minutes to 88 Chinese Super Market and 3 minutes to Shaws supermaket;
There are two big and one small bedroom, the rent of bigger one is $690 per month and smaller one is $620 per month, including hotwater. One full year lease is required (from Sep. 1 2007 to Aug. 31 2008)
