Two female American Christians looking for summer subletter (June 1 - Aug 31)
(age 20s or 30s) to share our 3 bedroom apartment on Beacon Street in
Brookline for $510/month with the possibility of staying for the rest of
the year. The apartment is spacious, sunny with a large living room,
dining room, kitchen, pantry, bathroom, and a beautiful breezy back
porch. The room is a quiet corner room with two large windows and lots
of light. The rent includes hot water and heat and the utilities are
very reasonable. We have excellent landlords and laundry in the
basement. We are directly across from the Tappan Street T stop, (Green
Line, C train), and 1 block from the Beaconsfield T stop (Green line, D
train) 1 block from Star Market, and Whole Foods and Trader Joes are
close by. We are convenient to BU, BC, Longwood, and an easy ride
downtown. Our neighborhood has many good restaurants, coffee shops, and

We prefer to the housing close to the BU, if not quite so, best along the MBTA or shuttle. we are both gradute students of BU, right now in the 3rd year of Ph. D. program. So we tend to stay in the new place for next two years and not being bothered by the moving again. Our estimate is $600 per month per bedroom.
