I have the following:
A LARGE 1 bedroom for June 1-August 31st sublet. You can move in at
the end of May before the June 1st rush. Option to keep the apartment
after the summer - I don't think it has been rented yet. Large 1
bedroom on Park Drive at the corner of Peterborough - front apartment.
UNfurnished. We pay $1450, but I can bring it down a little.
Lots of light, lots of windowns, good closets, spacious kitchen,
ceiling fans, great views of trees. Close to Boston University,
Northeastern U, Kenmore, Longwood Medical Area, the MFA, Fenway, etc.
Less than two blocks from the Fenway T stop on the Green Line. Laundry
in the basement. Elevator in building. Across the street from Landmark
Center and Shaws Market. Down the block from lots of good restaurants
on Peterborogh. I can email you pics if you want.

I¡¯m moving out from my current apt for some reason so I¡¯m helping my roomie to find someone who can share the apt with her from June 1st to Aug 31st.
- Great location: right at Packard¡¯s Corner; 1 minute to the T station (B line Packard¡¯s Corner and Brighton Ave); 1 minute to Super88; 2 minutes to Shaw¡¯s supermarket¡ Also close to lots of restaurants. 5 minutes to Harvard Ave so if you like to hang out on weekends, Wonder Bar is right there. You¡¯ll feel you¡¯re in the center of everything but the room is not face to Comm Ave and it¡¯s very quiet when you¡¯re back home¡
- About the room: The apt is a one bedroom for split and your room is the bigger one, really spacious. It has 3 big windows and is very easy to fit a queen size bed, a desk, a TV, a book shelf, a dress and some other stuffs. There is also TV cable and phone line. You¡¯ll share the bathroom and the kitchen with a very clean Chinese girl. She¡¯s a BU graduate student.

- No pets.
