1 room in a 4BR apt, spacious, hardwood floor, with private balcony and big glass window. Big kitchen with all the cookingware and dishwasher. Cable TV and high Speed internet plus wireless router. all other 3 roommates are nice and easy going, professional and student, responsible and feels like a family.
Great location. 12 minutes walk to harvard Square T station, 10 minutes walk to Inman Square, which means close to a lot of great restaurants. laundry, coffee shop, pizza and covenience store is around the corner. Tennis court is 2 blocks away. Safe and nice neighborhood.
Room available on May 20th. First and last month rent plus security deposit when moving in. 623.25/Month, not including gas/heat/cable. lease from June 1st to Aug 31th, can move in as early as May 20th. possible to renew the lease for the next year, which depends on the landlord.

- the other three Chinese girls are all BU students, nice and
easy going. The apartment is on the third floor
Location
- Safe neighborhood
- very close to Green B St. Paul Station and BU抯 new sports center
(2 mins?walking distance), Shaw抯 and Super 88 (8 mins), and
Coolidge Corner (10 mins), and BU抯 main campus (10 mins)
The rent is $620,
heating and hot water included. The electricity and gas bills are
about $15 a month. Washer and dryer are on the premises.
