- very close to Green B St. Paul Station and BU抯 new sports center

I'm subletting my room for the summer from mid May thru August 31st (flexible with dates) in a 2 bedroom apartment with a dinning room, which we use for guests and storage.
My room is spacious. Currently I have a full size bed, a desk, 2 bookshelves, a small dresser, small tv, and a long mirror. However, I still have space for a small couch and another dresser. The room faces the courtyard and gets lots of lighting. I will be in DC this summer for an internship and will have leave my belongings, therefore the room will be furnished The apartment itself is not very furnished. We are walking distance from Longwood Medical (15-20 minute walk), close to Harvard Medical School. We are Longwood Av, between Kent St and St. Paul.The rent for the room is $825(gas and hot water are included). However, we rent our parking space to another student for $100 so I really pay $775. The electricity bill is usually $24 a month.Washer and dryer are on the premises. If interested please e-mail me. I am available to meet with you on weekend and after 6pm on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Coolidge Corner (10 mins), and BU抯 main campus (10 mins)
The rent is $620,
heating and hot water included. The electricity and gas bills are
about $15 a month. Washer and dryer are on the premises.
