The apartment is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with easy access to major Universities including BU, BC, MIT and Harvard, and particularly suits BU/BC/Harvard students. Subway Green B line, Public Bus lines, BU shuttle bus, super 88 Chinese market, Shaw market and dozens of restaurants are all within 1-3 minutes' walking distance. 

The monthly rent is $488 including heating and hot water. Laundry is in the basement. You will share the kitchen and bathroom with a graduate and an undergraduate Asian student.
