I will finish my study this July but my contract is till end of August. So I need to find someone to fill in the gap. The rent is $620, heating and hot water included. The electricity and gas bills are

I'm looking for someone to sublet over the summer, preferably beginning in mid-May, and probably ending around mid-August (flexible). One enormous, furnished room in a suite, with shared bathrooms and a kitchen (3 refrigerators, currently used by 3 people). Your neighbors will be BU grad students and one professor, all normal, busy, and nice people. The place (common areas, baths, kitchen) are cleaned a couple times a week.
There's wireless internet available, and all other utilities are included in the rent. Laundry is across the street, and there are groceries, restaurants, and ATMs a couple minutes away. Fenway Park, theaters, bars, and a club (An Tua Nua, anyone?) are all ~10 minutes away, but the neighborhood is residential.
Located 30 seconds from the Green C line (the St. Mary T stop), and a 3-minute walk from BU's main campus and the Green B line. If you're a student at BUMC, I think you'll be happy with the cross-campus shuttle... the stop is also 3 minutes away, and the ride itself is closer to 15 minutes than 20. During the school year at least, the shuttle runs every half hour.

One big room of a four-bedroom apartment in Brookline village, about 4 minutes to D-line and three stops to BU. It is also very easy to go to Harvard (Bus 66) or BC (three stops from D-Line at Brookline village and then free BC school bus)
The room is all-furnitured, very nice and clean with two big windows, with high-speed cable, TV, desk, bed, and a spacious closet. There is a kitchen shared with other roommates. Laundry service is also available just next to the kitchen--super convenient without extra cost.
I am a graduate student at BU. My room is very good for students or professionals. The enviroment is very nice and safe. The price is cheap, $ 535 per month, including everything. And my roommates are very nice Chinese.
