This room is perfect for a BU grad student (I should know) who wants a place fantastically close to campus for the summer... and beyond, if you want. If you're not a BU grad student but are merely interested in a summer sublet, that works too.

The room is extremely large and fully furnished (I'll throw in my bookcase too). Utilities are included, and wireless internet is available. Located 3 minutes from BU and the B-line; 30 seconds from the Green/C line (St. Mary's). It's in a first-floor suite across the road from a laundromat, and groceries, restaurants, and ATMs are a couple minutes away. Your neighbors are nice, quiet, and polite BU grad students (and one professor). Shared bathrooms and kitchen (3 refrigerators, and only 3 of us use the kitchen).

If you're a student at BUMC, the cross-campus shuttle stop is 3 min away and the ride takes 15-20 minutes.

My room is very spacious and faces a quiet street. It comes with a full size bed, 1 desk, 1 table, 2 bookshelves, a big TV, and a ceiling fan (which is very good for summer). However, I still have space for a small couch. The best thing of the room is a big walk-in closet with a long mirror.

The room is in a four-bedroom apartment with a dinning room and a living room. The other three Chinese girls are all BU master/doctor students, nice and easy going.

The apartment is on the third floor and in a safe neighborhood. It’s very close to Green B St. Paul Station and BU’s new sports center (2 mins’ walking distance), Shaw’s and Super 88 (8 mins), and Coolidge Corner (10 mins), and BU’s main campus (10 mins).

I will finish my study this July but my contract is till end of August. So I need to find someone to fill in the gap. The rent is $620, heating and hot water included. The electricity and gas bills are about $15 a month. Washer and dryer are on the premises.
