and 64 bus stop. About a 7-8 minute walk to Stop & Shop,
A.J Wright, K-mart, Shaw’s, McDonalds, and it’s convenient
to get to 88 Super Market. There's also a driveway for
parking. Also, no pets allowed please. In addition, a bed
and some furnitures are available in the room for using.
The rent is $600 per month not covering utilities. It is

I’m subletting my room for the summer from June 1st thru August 31st (if need you can move in May). It’s a 2 bedroom apartment with a dinning room, which we use for guests and storage. My room is very spacious. Currently I have a full size bed, a desk, 2 bookshelves, a small dresser, small tv, and a long mirror. However, I still have space for a small couch and another dresser. The room faces the courtyard and gets lots of lighting.
I will be in DC this summer for an internship and will have leave my furniture, therefore the room will be furnished. The apartment itself is not very furnished.
We are very close to Coolidge Corner, BU Main Campus, Longwood Medical, and the following T stops: Coolidge Corner, St. Paul, and Longwood. We are on Longwood Av, between Kent St and St. Paul. The rent is $1550 (gas and hot water are included). I pay $825 because I have the larger room. However, we rent our parking space to another student for $150 so I really pay $750. The electricity bill is usually $24 a month. Washer and dryer are on the premises.
If interested please e-mail me. I am available to meet with you on weekends and after 6pm on Wednesdays and Fridays.

The room is for subleasing from June 1 to July 31.
The room is in a two-bedroom apartment which is on 71 Brighton Avenue, Allston. Only three minutes' walk to super 88, Shaws, green T-station, and two minutes' walk to Harvard Avenue, and only one minutes' walk to the 57 bus station. Very convenient location!
This room is a very spacious and furnished room with three big windows and hard-wooded floor. Cable TV and DSL are available. There is also a large and very nice kitchen. Plus, you can enjoy the Sony 30 inch TV and a pair of fantastic wireless audio speakers in the room!
The rent is only $450/month, including utility. One current roommate is the BU student and the other is a working profession. Both of them are really very nice person.
