- Great location: right at Packard¡¯s Corner; 1 minute to the T station (B line Packard¡¯s Corner and Brighton Ave); 1 minute to Super88; 2 minutes to Shaw¡¯s supermarket¡ Also close to lots of restaurants. 5 minutes to Harvard Ave so if you like to hang out on weekends, Wonder Bar is right there. You¡¯ll feel you¡¯re in the center of everything but the room is not face to Comm Ave and it¡¯s very quiet when you¡¯re back home¡
- About the room: The apt is a one bedroom for split and your room is the bigger one, really spacious. It has 3 big windows and is very easy to fit a queen size bed, a desk, a TV, a book shelf, a dress and some other stuffs. There is also TV cable and phone line. You¡¯ll share the bathroom and the kitchen with a very clean Chinese girl. She¡¯s a BU graduate student.

Because I plan to leave Boston in the coming summer, so my room is availble from May 12 to August 24
One big room of a four-bedroom apartment in Brookline village, about 4 minutes to D-line and three stops to BU. It is also very easy to go to Harvard (Bus 66) or BC (three stops from D-Line at Brookline village and then free BC school bus)
The room is all-furnitured, very nice and clean with two big windows, with high-speed cable, TV, desk, bed, and a spacious closet. There is a kitchen shared with other roommates. Laundry service is also available just inside the apartment--super convenient without extra cost.
I am a graduate student at BU. My room is very good for students or professionals. The enviroment is very nice and safe. The price is cheap, $ 535 per month, including everything. And my roommates are very nice Chinese.
