It has 2 independent bedrooms, and you and I are going to share a kitchen and a bathroom. ('cause my current roommate is moving back to NH, ONE FEMALE roommate wanted. I'm a quiet, neat and easy going person; want to find someone who has similar charaters to share the apartment)

It's on 1193 Commonwealth Ave in Allston.

RENTAL TYPE: One Bedroom/split
Price: 575/month (HEAT and HOT WATER included)
TERM: Starts from NOW to August 31.

Neighborhood: Super88, Shaw's, Hess Gas station, Yi-Soon Taiwanese Bakery¡Ketc. (all in 3-5 min walking distance)

15 min to BU, 15 min to BC by T-train;

The rent is only $370 per month including hot water, gas, and heat. You only need to share electricity and high speed internet (Comcast cable) which usually runs about $30 per month. The apartment is at the top of a three story house. You'll get your own room and share a kitchen and bathroom with two female graduate students. There's a private entrance from the bedroom. The apartment is located a block from Oak Square in brighton and a 3-4 minute walk from the 57 (to Boston University and Kenmore), the 64 (to MIT and Harvard), and the 501buses (to downtown). It's also close to Boston College (about a 15 minute walk). There is free parking in the back and usually plenty available on the street. The neighborhood is great with lots of small cafes, the public library, and a YMCA all within easy walking distance. We are two female chinese graduate students at Boston University. We are clean, quite and responsible. We are looking for female students or professionals who would like!
