The location of our apartment is great: just 2 minutes walk to Red T JFK/Umass subway station. By train, need only 8 mins to Boston Downtown, 16 mins to MIT and MGH. 25 minutes to Harvard Square. It is particularly convenient to get to Umass Boston. There is shuttle bus, bus#8 from JFK/Umass station to Longwood Medical Area. The rent is only $370 per month including hot water, gas, and heat. You only need to share electricity and high speed internet (Comcast cable) which usually runs about $30 per month. The apartment is at the top of a three story house. You'll get your own room and share a kitchen and bathroom with two female graduate students. There's a private entrance from the bedroom. The apartment is located a block from Oak Square in brighton and a 3-4 minute walk from the 57 (to Boston University and Kenmore), the 64 (to MIT and Harvard), and the 501buses (to downtown). It's also close to Boston College (about a 15 minute walk). There is free parking in the back and usually plenty available on the street. The neighborhood is great with lots of small cafes, the public library, and a YMCA all within easy walking distance. We are two female chinese graduate students at Boston University. We are clean, quite and responsible. We are looking for female students or professionals who would like!

Because I will go back to China, so my apartment is availble from July 1st to August 31 (or till September 4th.
One room of BU on-campus apartment, quite near, St. Marry Street., 2 minutes to B-line(BU central station), 1.5 minute to C line. The place is quite and safe, and very convenience, also 5-6 minute to D-line.
The apartment is all-furnitured, with high-speed cable, TV, a bike (if you like to ride), desk, bed, a kitchen with all necessary cooks, microwaver, and so on...
I am a female graduate student at BU, I'd like to sublet my room to female student or profession. The enviroment is very nice.
The price is $600 per month, or $ 25 per day (including all the bill, such as electric and cable bill). If you rent two month, the more 4 days at September is free. =)

Ginormous and convenient room available for a BU grad student. This place is 30 seconds from the C line, 3 minutes from the B line. BU itself is a 3-minute walk away. Laundry is across the street, and groceries and restaurants are <1-2 minutes away. The room itself is very large and airy, with bay windows and a fireplace. Shared kitchen and 1.5 bath - your neighbors will be polite, quite, studious, and male. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease so I can head back to sunny CA.
