Speaker: Dwight Perkins, Professor of Political Economy at Harvard. Previous positions include Director of the Harvard University Asia Center, Director of the Harvard Institute for International Development, Chairman of the Department of Economics and Associate Director of the East Asian (now Fairbank) Research Center. Professor Perkins is an expert in the economies of East and Southeast Asia.
