Attached is the Letter of Apology from the Vice President of Shisedo Company. We appreciate the serious action the speaker took and sincere apology he made about this issue. We decideded to accept his apology and please stop the boycott toward Shiseido Product immediately.
 
What I want to emphasize is that the action was toward the speaker himself and the company product but not any of the Japanese people, societies or even the country. Please forward this email to whomever has been concerned about this issue. If any of the national issues was caused because of it, please e-mail to inform me as soon as possible.
