Ken and Dylan are planning to immigrate to Canada, probably in September 2005.

Questions

Yes, there are various references to this on the newsgroup (although we need all required information at first). I think the more pertinent question is whether it's a good idea: How much will it delay processing, for instance? I think that's worth asking on misc.immigration.canada.
If Dylan is the primary applicant, then there is no need for Ken to prove English proficiency.
